1 Introduction

Welcome to ok77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ok77 online betting and gaming platform, including all services, features, games, promotions, and content made available at ok77.io and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

ok77 is an online gaming platform developed and operated for the Bangladesh market. All platform operations, customer interactions, and services described in these Terms are conducted in English. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you ("Player", "User", "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with ok77 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ok77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ok77. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ok77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ok77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ok77 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering an account, accessing any games, or placing any bets. ok77 actively enforces age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities of this nature are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered ok77 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under any alias, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by ok77 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Mental capacity: You must be acting of your own free will and in a rational, informed mental state. ok77 does not knowingly permit gambling by individuals who are in a state of intoxication or otherwise impaired.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ok77's services, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations as an account holder:

3.1 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. ok77 may request updated information or documentary verification at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Verification. ok77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process before activating your account, processing deposits, or approving withdrawal requests. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ok77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ok77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 One Account Per Household. ok77 reserves the right to limit the number of accounts associated with a single residential address, device, or IP address. If ok77 determines that multiple accounts are being operated from a single household and that this is being used to abuse bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions, ok77 may suspend or close the affected accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.5 Account Currency. All ok77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in BDT. ok77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ok77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok77 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your ok77 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. ok77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. ok77 reserves the right to set and amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Current limits are published within the Cashier section of your ok77 account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ok77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. ok77 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. ok77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending the satisfactory completion of such verification.

4.6 Player Funds. ok77 maintains player funds in accordance with its fund protection obligations. Player deposits are not used for ok77's operational expenses. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, ok77 will investigate the matter promptly and communicate its findings to the affected player.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the ok77 Platform are subject to acceptance by ok77. ok77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a positive confirmation message from the Platform.

5.2 Odds and Markets. All odds published on the ok77 Platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. ok77 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of published odds but does not guarantee that errors will not occur. In the event of a manifest error in published odds (including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error), ok77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds.

5.3 In-Play Betting. ok77 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play bets are subject to additional terms, including the possibility of suspension of markets during certain periods of play. ok77 is not responsible for any delay between real-world events and the reflection of those events on the Platform interface.

5.4 Void Bets. ok77 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within a specified timeframe; match-fixing or other integrity issues identified by ok77 or relevant sporting authorities; and technical failures that materially affect the fairness of the bet.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. ok77 applies maximum winnings limits per event, per day, and per account. These limits are set at ok77's discretion and are subject to change. Where a winning calculation would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum winnings limit.

5.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game-specific rules are published within the individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. ok77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your ok77 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal may be requested. Wagering requirements are published for each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. ok77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who are subject to self-exclusion or account restrictions. Players may only claim each specific bonus once unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ok77 prohibits the abuse of bonus offers. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing only the minimum required bets on games with low contribution to wagering requirements; coordinated betting strategies designed to harvest bonus value without genuine play; and using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements for bonus qualification. ok77 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

7 Fair Play & Security

7.1 RNG Certification. All digital game outcomes on the ok77 Platform — including slots, video poker, RNG table games, and any other non-live game — are determined by certified random number generators. ok77's RNG systems are independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and unbiased. No outcome is influenced by the account balance, bet size, playing history, or identity of any individual player.

7.2 SSL Encryption. ok77 applies 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the ok77 Platform. This encryption protects your personal information, payment data, and account credentials from interception by unauthorised third parties.

7.3 Fraud Prevention. ok77 employs a range of fraud detection and prevention measures. 7.4 Integrity Monitoring. ok77 monitors betting activity on sporting events for signs of match manipulation or betting integrity violations. Where ok77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant markets, void associated bets, and cooperate with any investigation conducted by the relevant sporting authority.

8 Responsible Gaming

ok77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing a safe environment for all players aged 21 and above. ok77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which account access is restricted and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are otherwise ineligible under clause 2 of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one ok77 account, whether in your own name or under any pseudonym or alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to ok77 immediately at [email protected].
• Engaging in, facilitating, or conspiring with others to engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ok77 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any restricted area of the Platform.
• Transferring funds between ok77 accounts or using a third party's payment method to fund your own account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ok77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ok77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ok77.

The ok77 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to ok77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the ok77 name, logo, or brand marks for any purpose without the express written permission of ok77.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. ok77 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond ok77's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ok77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime.

11.2 Accuracy of Information. ok77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information published on the Platform, including odds, game results, account balances, and promotional terms. However, ok77 does not warrant that the Platform is free from errors at all times. In the event of a manifest error, ok77 reserves the right to correct it and to void any bets or transactions affected by it.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

11.4 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. ok77 cannot be held responsible for any financial loss that you incur as a result of placing bets or playing games on the Platform, provided that ok77 has complied with these Terms and all applicable obligations.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by ok77. ok77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed by ok77 and no breach by the player is found, any legitimate verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by the Player. You may close your ok77 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a formal account closure request. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance or forgo it in writing. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or open bets may not be eligible for immediate closure.

12.3 Effects of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. ok77 will retain your account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Any outstanding balances legitimately owed to you will be processed for return within 10 business days of account closure, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments

ok77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ok77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a formal account closure request to [email protected].

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ok77 Platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ok77's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

ok77's internal complaints process requires that all complaints be submitted in the first instance to [email protected]. ok77 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through the internal process, the player may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
